The time limit on this stage is not so tight. You should be able to even have an extra 30 seconds before the time is up. Here are some hints to save time. Jump out of the elevator before it stops, or lock-on to enemies while moving. Try to lock-on as many enemies as possible at once just as you did in the 1st mission to get Rank A.
