The Ancient Ruin is hidden in an area where you can't easily see. First, you need to go on a path just after the second point marker. Then, you will find the elevator that takes you to the roof where 2 item boxes are hidden. Go up to the top of the roof, and change the camera angle using the L/R Trigger to see this hidden Ancient Ruin.
