The first obstacle you face in this stage is going up the rail using "Jump Dash." You usually travel down rails, so be careful while you experiment with this new technique. Try it after you've played the "Mystic Melody" near the "Ancient Ruins." Use "Jump Dash" towards the rail with the red "X" mark.
