The difficulty level in the last mission is by far the most difficult compared to the other missions you've cleared so far, and there are more enemies waiting for you. More enemies and traps block Sonic's way throughout City Escape. In the picture above, the fence is blocking your way, so try the Bounce Attack or use the containers to get through.
